I had the day off of work today, so I finally had time to take some pictures in the daylight. Since the time change, the sky is dark when I wake up and go to work in the morning, and it is dark when I leave work in the evening. No one else I know had the day off today so my photo shoot was quite limited. Limited to the length of my arm, that is.
I am really so pleased with the way this turned out. The Noro Silk Garden worked perfectly. I alternated two different colors: #251 and #205. Needles: size 8.
I decided not to block the scarf because I like the texture entrelac creates. I feel like it would lose something if it were blocked.

Stunning! It's much nicer unblocked always...
Both the scarf and the hair look gorgeous. What I would give to have luscious curls like yours... sigh...
What a great idea to knit a "baby" Eleanor. Much more wearable that way!
your hair looks brilliant, and i really love that scarf! how many balls of yarn did you use? i've wanted to knit a Lady Eleanor shawl for absolutely ages but never did for fear that it would be too massive and thus unused. How wide does your scarf measure?
The scarf is stunning and your hair is GORGEOUS, like, model hair! I found you through Ravelry and added you as a friend and faved your Baby Eleanor. Hope you don't mind! Cheers!
your hair looks beautiful!
and the baby eleanor too.
i had the same blocking dilemna with mine. because i used lace weight baby alpaca i blocked and it suited the stole but i like yours unblocked.
love your smaller eleanor! (and your hair!)
I tagged you with that 8 random things about me meme if you want to play.

All right, now you've made me want to dig out my unfinished Eleanor and give her another chance. Yours looks great.
I'm so late to the pretty party. Your scarf looks great, and the hair, too!
Eleanor looks brilliant. And I'm soooo jealous of the hair.
Hi Kelli- Could you send me the pattern info for the swing sweater that you are working on? I think I want to make it also.
Just gorgeous.
You have the loveliest curly hair! And your Lady E came out so ingeniously perfect. You will have a lot of use of it! The scarf version, which I have, is not as useful. It's my experience however.
OMG! I just found your blog while blog-surfing. Love the scarf! Love the hair! LOVE the scarf! Can't wait to see more!!
Beautiful! Love the smaller version. Colors are just great!
Luv luv your Baby E!
And I recognized those SG colorways immediately from making my Lizard Ridge! :o)
How many did you CO for your Baby E??
